Thank you for considering participation in this project. This form will allow you to select from available days and times to complete the extra credit study. You can only sign up for one time slot. After completing this form, you will be mailed a confirmation email. The total time for the experiment should take under 30 minutes. The experiments will be conducted in Chavez 200.
